Sunday night we went to Tucson for a concert in the park. Lovely evening outdoors. The music is quite good, too. It's fun to watch all the different people. Combined with a picnic on the lawn in advance of the concert makes a very enjoyable evening.
This concert was the "Memorial Day" concert. At one point they play all the "Service Songs," that is, the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard and Air Force Hymns. The ask all the veterans to stand. It's a very nice tribute to those who helped maintain our freedom.
