We took a short hike Saturday in Saguaro West National Park. Kervens came along with us. He was on the constant lookout for interesting things along the trail. He found this bush that had flowered, produced seeds, and had left the dried up seed pods that had curled. He collected a bunch and gave us rings. We also spent a couple of hours at the Desert Museum, where the highlight was seeing baby hummingbirds in a nest.
