Sometimes one can find beauty even after the initial bloom fades. It's all in the way we observe things around us. This is something I'm learning by watching photographs of other people around the world. Of course, most take pictures of flowers and birds and children and lovely buildings and majestic mountains. But others take pictures of things that we don't normally look at--buildings falling down, faded flowers, old people, and fallen petals. It is fun to try to capture the non-obvious and try to make it interesting.
